1：HDSTO1型雙組份涂膠機主要由基料泵、固化劑泵、比例泵,基料泵升降系統、調比結構、混膠系統,氣動系統、液壓系統及電氣系統組成。 基料泵、固化劑泵及比例泵均采用特殊的高壓柱塞泵,雙向等量供料,基料泵由液壓系統驅動,固化劑泵由氣動馬達驅動。二者輔以增壓供料壓盤,充分保證高粘度流體的滿腔輸送。基料壓入并增高壓,固化劑壓入并增壓,再送比例泵。固化劑的流量由調比機構調節。二種組份嘛時送入混合器,充分混合后到達擠膠 。
1:HDSTO1 two-component gluing machine is mainly composed of binder pump, curing agent pump, proportional pump, binder pump lifting system, mixing system, pneumatic system, hydraulic system and electrical system.
