當膠桶中的膠水用完時，設備的三色指示燈會亮紅燈且報警（膠水檢測報警），此時應該更換膠桶。具體步驟如下：
When the glue in the glue bucket is used up, the three color indicator light of the equipment will be red and give an alarm (glue detection alarm). At this time, the glue bucket should be replaced. The specific steps are as follows:
1、先在觸摸屏上點擊“膠泵停止”，及時關掉齒輪泵；
1. First click "glue pump stop" on the touch screen to turn off the gear pump in time;
2、關閉排氣閥，按住觸摸屏上的“上升”按鈕2秒，讓壓盤下邊粘的PUR熱熔膠及時脫落，不于在上升過程中從排氣閥溢出流在壓盤上面；
2. Close the exhaust valve, press and hold the "Up" button on the touch screen for 2 seconds, so that the PUR hot melt adhesive stuck under the pressure plate can fall off in time, so as not to overflow from the exhaust valve and flow onto the pressure plate during the rising process;
3、打開排氣閥，繼續按“上升”按鈕，此時PUR熱熔膠機的加熱壓盤會緩緩上升，待一個密封圈脫離膠桶口后松開“上升”按鈕，利用慣性讓壓盤慢慢脫桶，脫桶后可輕按“上升”按鈕將壓盤上升到上極限位置；
3. Open the exhaust valve and continue to press the "Up" button. At this time, the heating pressure plate of PUR hot-melt adhesive machine will rise slowly. After a sealing ring is separated from the opening of the glue bucket, release the "Up" button. Use inertia to let the pressure plate slowly release the bucket. After the bucket is removed, gently press the "Up" button to raise the pressure plate to the upper limit position;
4、將密封圈上的殘膠清理下，置換新的膠桶。

當膠桶內的膠用完時，應立即關閉A、B開關，停止打膠。打開A（或B）膠泵充氣開關，選擇A（或B）膠泵提升機構為上升位置，點動旋鈕使壓盤慢慢提起，此時應注意：膠桶盡量不要離開底盤，直壓盤完全脫離膠桶時關閉A（或B）膠泵的充氣開關。

Turn on the inflation switch of A (or B) rubber pump, select the lifting mechanism of A (or B) rubber pump as the rising position, and jog the knob to lift the pressure plate slowly. At this time, it should be noted that the rubber barrel should not leave the chassis as far as possible until the pressure plate is completely separated from the rubber barrel, and turn off the inflation switch of A (or B) rubber pump.
具體操作：將B泵關閉，打開B膠回流開關然后打開膠槍，膠條為白色即可。
