雙組份打膠機必須遵循的幾大流程
一、點膠量的大小是由全自動雙組份打膠機在點膠過程中持續的時間長短來決定的，可以保證有足夠的膠水來粘合部件，同時可以避免膠水過多而造成的資源浪費。
1、 The size of the dispensing amount is determined by the duration of the automatic two-component dispenser in the dispensing process, which can ensure that there is enough glue to bond the parts, and at the same time, it can avoid the waste of resources caused by excessive glue.
二、真空回吸閥必須要安裝在全自動點膠機上，由于真空回吸功能是防止點膠機中的膠水在不點膠時還在滴漏。
2、 The vacuum suction valve must be installed on the automatic dispenser, because the vacuum suction function is to prevent the glue in the dispenser from dripping when not dispensing.
三、在全自動雙組份打膠機行業中通常使用的膠水大概有硅膠、瞬間膠、厭氧膠、環氧樹脂、UV膠。

四、固化因素：對于膠水的固化，一般生產廠家已給出溫度曲線。一般在常溫下都可以固化，在實際應盡可能采用較高溫度來固化，使膠水固化后有足夠強度和硬度。
4、 Curing factor: for the curing of glue, the general manufacturer has given the temperature curve. Generally, it can be cured at normal temperature. In practice, it should be cured at a higher temperature as much as possible, so that the glue has sufficient strength and hardness after curing.
五、針頭的規格與類別：針頭的規格會影響點膠機在點膠過程中出膠的大小和精密度,當氣壓在一定范圍時，針頭的咀越大,出膠率就越大，所以要根據點膠機在生產出來產品的大小來定位點膠針頭的規格，一般針頭內徑長度保持在膠點直徑的一半,效果才是更好。
5、 Size and type of needle: the specification of the needle will affect the size and precision of the dispensing machine in the dispensing process. When the air pressure is within a certain range, the larger the nozzle of the needle, the greater the glue yield. Therefore, the size of the dispensing needle should be positioned according to the size of the product produced by the dispenser. Generally, the effect is best when the inner diameter of the needle is kept at half of the diameter of the glue point.
六、壓力的大小直接影響了供膠量和膠水流出的速度,膠水的流動性越差它就越稠，全自動雙組份打膠機需要的壓力就越大，所以我們應該根據全自動點膠機在生產過程中的環境溫度以及點膠量的大小和膠水的特性來調節壓力的大小，全自動點膠機的壓力大小是通過它內部的調壓閥來進行調節的。
6、 The pressure directly affects the amount of glue supplied and the speed of glue flowing out, The worse the fluidity of the glue is, the thicker it will be, and the greater the pressure required by the automatic two-component dispenser. Therefore, we should adjust the pressure according to the ambient temperature of the automatic dispenser in the production process, the size of the dispensing amount and the characteristics of the glue. The pressure of the automatic dispenser is regulated by its internal pressure regulating valve.
七、氣泡對于全自動雙組份打膠機在進行點膠過程中會影響產品質量，所以膠水放進去之前決對不能有氣泡.如果有氣泡就會造成點膠機生產出來的產品有許多次品，在使用中要排出膠水的空氣，以防止出現全自動點膠機空打現象。
7、 Bubbles will affect the quality of the products in the dispensing process of the automatic two-component dispenser, so there must be no bubbles before the glue is put in. If there are bubbles, there will be many defective products produced by the dispenser. During the use, the air of glue should be discharged to prevent the phenomenon of empty tapping.
