設備運用的重要性：中空玻璃在制作過程中，有一個環節是非常關鍵的，便是用結構膠將兩片玻玻璃徹底密封，因為人工打膠慢，關閉不好，所以大量的出產中空玻璃就需要設備。

Because manual gluing is slow and the closing is not good, it is necessary to produce a large number of insulating glass with equipment.
雙組份打膠機的操作方法：
Operation method of two-component gluing machine:
1、首要打開氣泵開關，電源總開關，控制臺開關，在控制臺按手動按鈕

2、然后在雙組份打膠機的顯現屏上找到原點設定，點擊輔助原點設定，然后點擊頭部原點設定

3、注意原點設定時避免頭部和輔助吸盤碰撞。等設定好然后回來找到玻璃厚度設定

4、先是玻璃的厚度然后是鋁隔條然后還是玻璃的厚度

5、輸入完以后，點擊設置進入。等指令方位和當前方位數值共同即可，注意設置時傳送帶上不要有玻璃。

2、在屏幕上點擊回來找到密封配方，點擊進入，會顯現當前密封壓力

3、如果每條邊都缺膠，那么可增加壓力，壓力大膠量大，壓力小膠量就小。
